Greetings Varsity Friends! 

As a long-time resident of Varsity Estates, and a successful Realtor for 13+ yrs,  I specialize in helping Varsity Estates residents with “right sizing” into a more suitable home for their stage in life.  This is an area of business I particularly enjoy – working closely with my clients, through what can sometimes seem like a daunting process.  I’ve also enjoyed helping many of their grown children purchase their first homes.

 I have a strong network within the community, both socially and professionally, and have assisted the Varsity Community Association with civic initiatives.  You may have seen me at your door canvassing for various charities over the years including the Heart & Stroke fund and the Canadian Diabetes Association, or received my Varsity Real Estate Updates in your mailbox.

 My husband, Brendan Hughes, is a member of the Silver Springs Golf CC, and my adult sons, Colm & Rory, attended St. Vincent de Paul and played for Crowchild Hockey Association. You will likely see one of us walking very slowly around Varsity Estates Drive with our beloved senior dog, Kofi.

 We adore our community of Varsity Estates which makes highlighting and selling its many benefits to potential buyers, like second nature.
