What is the b.class?
The b.class® is an empowering all women movement to music dance class that leaves you feeling empowered and part of a community. We bring our heart rate up thru choreographed movements that are easy to follow and end the class with a unique savasana experience that leaves your soul feel refueled. Many women claim this 1hr is their outlet for the week, not only physically, but emotionally. We welcome all women (15+), all fitness abilities, and backgrounds. You do not need to be coordinated, you just have to let go and have fun! First time to class is always free, you just have to show up and give it a try :) 10% Off passes for all local Varsity Members.
Girl be YOU
The Girl Be YOU program is a sister program to the b.class. It is a program for girls to be inspired to be their best selves, feel confident and empowered, all while feeling connected to a special community. We practice journaling at the end of class and will receive affirmation activities to remind the girls they are strong, beautiful, and worthy. The fitness component is upbeat, and the girls will gain strength, coordination, and conditioning. We have been hired for special events (ie: birthday parties), and do team building for various organizations such as: Girls Hockey Calgary, Mountain View Dance Academy, Ringette teams, Cochrane Hockey, etc. Contact Candace for more details!
